Phase of Intermodulation in PN Junction Circuits

Abstract

To date, formulae for only amplitudes of intermodulation products in PN junctions have been successfully developed [1, 2] . In this paper, we add phase relations. We can calculate the amplitude and phase of an arbitrary intermodulation product when amplitudes, phases and orders of other frequency components are known. In our calculations, properties of the modified Bessel functions are applied.
