It also integrates the principles of Open Education, as outlined in the OER Paris Declaration and the Ljubljana Action Plan. The proposal aims to enhance teacher professional development, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, and foster innovation in the education system. By embracing Open Education practices and utilizing relevant data, Mexico can create a more inclusive and effective educational environment.
