Communicology and IberoAmerican Unity

Abstract

From the conceptualization of lexical genetical and etymological of the Communication (the act of doing and sharing in a common union) we try to postulate a true science of human communication  -Communicology-    which will help for a true unity of the  Ibero-America town’s.  For that we  postulate a new  ideological-value cosmovision  were communication  (is not a synonymous of hundred concept and wordiness) is the motor of acceptance the differences to construct solidarity towns, which in respect and dignity will be united in a great community.
