Abstract
Dendrimers are new class of polymeric macromolecule and are highly disperse. They have a high degree of surface functionality and versatility. Due to their unique structure and properties they are gaining popularity for nano-scale drug delivery and targeting. Their pharmaceutical significance is increasing day by day. This review article describes about dendrimers and their significance in pharmacy.
