Abstract
More specifically, the purpose of the study is to determine and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Denpasar City, to determine and test the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Denpasar City, to identify and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Denpasar City, to determine and test the influence of leadership on employee performance at Secretariat of the DPRD of Denpasar City, and to determine and test the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the DPRD of Denpasar City Secretariat. The total population or sample in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Denpasar City. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a variance based or component based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate positively and significantly on the indirect effect of organizational climate on employee performance . Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate positively and significantly on the indirect influence of leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance.
