Objectives: Our study aims to assess the knowledge, practice and attitude of Jordanians towards COVID-19 and its vaccine. The Jordanian society is considered a young and diverse society.

Methodology: A cross-sectional study based on 24-item survey was used. A total of (1008) surveys were collected and analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).

Results: 25% of the participants believed that COVID-19 is a man-made virus that was released for political purposes. 57% did not trust the certified government sources, 20.4% considered COVID-19 vaccine neither effective nor safe although 88.4% of them have received it or would soon receive it.

Discussion: Although Jordan society is considered a highly educated society and the vaccination rate is high; the result revealed that there are still gaps in knowledge towards COVID-19 and its vaccine.

Conclusion: Several gaps in our population knowledge were identified which would surely affect the populations’ attitude and practices. Filling those gaps is paramount in managing this pandemic and future ones.
