Abstract

Implementation of an incentive system is one of the important things in motivating employees to improve performance. This study aims to determine the differences in employee performance on the application of the incentive system for permanent employees with the incentive system for contract employees. This study uses the Independent Sample t-test. The sample used as many as 102 respondents taken by employees of the operational at PT. Altara Cratima Maju, Denpasar, Bali Indonesia. The results of the study show that there is no difference in employee performance on the application of the incentive system for permanent employees with the incentive system for contract employees. The results of the study failed to prove the hypothesis of differences in employee performance on the application of the incentive system to permanent employees and contract employees.
