Corporate Social Responsibility in Moderating the Influence of Corporate Governance on Company Performance on The Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the influence of corporate governance on company performance in Indonesia, examine and explain the role of corporate social responsibility in moderating the influence of corporate governance on company performance. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020 using secondary data sources, consisting of 713 companies, of which 624 companies were used as samples using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is moderated regression analysis (MRA) with SPSS . The results show that corporate governance has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Corporate social responsibility is able to moderate the influence of corporate governance on company performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange .
