Abstract

Company Sector Lighting & Sound System Denpasar as an event organizer company (EO) has set standard operating procedure (SOP) . But in reality there are still many employees who have not been able to apply the standard operating procedure (SOP) is well, it is marked from the quality of work set not appropriate and cause complain from the user . Disobedience of employees characterized by decreased sense of devotion and decrease the sense of responsibility of employees causing a trans are conducive decline in employee loyalty. The research was conducted at Sector Lighting & Sound System Denpasar with 45 samples as determined by census method. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis . The results showed that leadership and competence have a positive effect on the loss of employees. Leadership and competence have a positive effect on employee performance.Loyalty capable of providing leadership influence on employee performance and the influence of competence on employee performance.
